What to bring:
What group do I fit in best?
Beginner – You are familiar with riding a bike and are confident with changing gears and braking. You may be new to the world of off-road mountain biking and just want to give it a go in a supportive environment.
Intermediate – You have ridden off-road or along similar mountain bike trails before and are aware of the rocky terrain and the added skills necessary to ride these trails such as transitioning between sitting and standing, leaning to go around berms, and using the right balance of both breaks. You may want to challenge yourself but only commit to our 6.6km loop and receive support along the way.
Advanced– You have ridden the Cascades or a similar long-duration mountain bike trail before and are wanting to take your riding to the next level, experiencing a high-energy ride in a group of like-minded women.
