  • Apply for Schools Concessions:

    • To apply for a school concession, a school requires a letter on official letterhead and signed by the school principal.
    • Each school must apply for school concession, failure to do so will result in standard fees and charges.
    • The letter must contain the following information:
      • date/s of visit, 
      • anticipated time of arrival, 
      • number of students and teachers attending
      • exactly what the group requires eg, full day lesson, equipment hire, lunch etc.
    • The letter must nominate a contact person organising the day/s and provide contact details for this nominated person.
    • The letter must indicate if the school requires an account or if the invoice will be paid on the day
    • Free of Charge student – teacher ratio is 10 students - 1 free of charge teacher.
