COVID-19 Information

Latest Covid-19 – Winter Season 2022

Customers visiting the resort should follow all government guidelines relating to COVID-19 testing, isolation and reporting – Learn more.

Lake Mountain Alpine Resort is committed to the health and wellbeing of all guests, employees and our community. Access to the mountain remains open. We follow all government mandated policies and guidelines, as we plan day by day.

  • Wear a mask, as required on transport, unless a lawful exemption is applicable.
  • Practise good hygiene and regularly and thoroughly wash your hands.
  • Maintain physical distancing, keep at least 1.5 metres away from others.
  • If you feel unwell, please do not visit Lake Mountain until signs and symptoms have subsided.
  • Get tested at a nearby testing location or take a Rapid Antigen test and report the results appropriately. Return home immediately.
  • If your condition worsens contact your GP or a health professional. If you become very unwell and are having trouble breathing contact triple zero, you may need to be admitted to hospital.

Lake Mountain Alpine Resort (properties and products owned and directly operated by Southern Alpine Resort Management Board) can provide a change of dates or full/partial refund if your booking is affected by:

  • Closure of the resort due to Victorian Government COVID-19 restrictions.
  • Victorian Government COVID-19 travel restrictions prevent you from travelling on your intended dates. This DOES NOT include testing requirements.
  • You have contracted coronavirus and are unable to travel as per government guidelines on your intended dates, and you have provided sufficient notice to the Resort. You will be asked to provide proof of reported case.
Do I require a COVID test before visiting the Resort in 2022?
