Sprint skiing on artificial snow at Lake Mountain.

Progress is ahead of schedule on construction of the Granite Grind mountain bike loop. The Granite Grind will be part of the first ever mountain bike event to be held at Lake Mountain on February 20th, 2010. This video was taken during work on "Sunny Side Up" and "Haul Line" sections.

NAB Help with Bushfire Recovery Efforts   On Wednesday 18th November one hundred and forty top performing National Australia Bank executives arrived at Lake Mountain to help with the bushfire recovery efforts. On a thirty degree day they would have been forgiven for taking it easy, however this was certainly not the case. These bankers were motivated and ready to go.

Whilst Lake Mountain has an extensive cross country ski trail network available offering a perfect platform for beginners, the process is underway to create an extensive trail network offering trails for all levels of ability.   As trails are built and become available to ride we will update details on the website...........so watch this space!
